Get To Know Elvira DiBrigit
Elvira (el-veera) DiBrigit is a Waldorf Homeschool Teacher at a public school and is also known as The Puberty Doula for her work as a parent/teen coach. She works with moms who feel unprepared to face the challenges as their daughters' transition through puberty and adolescence. She helps them build a relationship of trust and empowerment around the shared exploration of women’s cycles and the heroine’s journey.
She holds a Positive Psychology Practitioner Certificate and is currently completing her ICF credentials as a Miracle-Minded Coach under direct mentorship with Marianne Williamson.
You can find Elvira online, swimming in the ocean, or working with her husband and teenage son on the family farm/retreat center in Hawaii.
